Nancy Linstrom is a local mom who volunteers her time helping children as a Transitional Care Parent with The Gladney Center for Adoption.

The Gladney Center for Adoption is grateful to have loving, caring, trained families that take care of babies in their own homes until they’re ready for their forever home. They call these families “Transitional Care Families.”

These families volunteer their time, their home, their family. They do not receive pay for their efforts — just lots of love and cuddles. Gladney is looking for more transitional care parents in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Qualifications include:
• One parent is at home full-time
• Have own transportation
• No criminal or child abuse record
