Kate Team

Kate Team, a born and raised Fort Worthian, has been actively working in Property Management since 2009. She has been a 76109er for the past three decades and loves Cowtown. Kate went to Trinity Valley School from Kindergarten to 8th grade and graduated from Paschal High School in 2005. She received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University.

Kate fell in love with the rules and regulations that Property Management brings to the real estate industry, and after nearly a decade in Property Management, she opened Team Residential Management in 2017.

In her spare time, you can find Kate walking around Fort Worth with her husband Craig, daughter Margaret and two adorable Labradors Barbara and Opal. She also volunteers with The Junior League of Fort Worth.

Kate is a certified Texas Residential Leasing Specialist and Texas Residential Property Manager and is part of the following organizations:
