Jess Batchko

Jess has always had a passion for organizing. At a young age, her parents found little Ziploc bags full of paper scraps sorted by color in a small box in her closet. As an adult, she was able to implement her time management, efficiency, and organizational systems when she became a classroom teacher. Later, her father-in-law would be diagnosed with dementia and she would have to utilize her skills to downsize his life and transition him to a memory care facility.

After going through the process of simplifying another person’s life for the benefit of mental clarity, Jess realized she wanted to share her passion for living a simple life with others and that is what led to A Simple Space being born in 2018.
