Wake your family with the aroma of freshly baked, buttery croissants from your own oven. You’ll practice the classic French techniques for making these flakey rich pastries. In this 5-hour class, you will create croissant dough as well as puff pastry and then produce a variety of treats with the doughs.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
