ABLAZE – Steer Roast 2018

ABLAZE – Igniting Passion for a Cure! Put your passion into action while having a good time helping raise funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research! The Alzheimer’s Association chose Firestone & Robertson Distilling Company’s Whiskey Ranch as the venue for the event.

Come enjoy a revolutionary dining experience featuring a chef-inspired whole steer roast (local celebrity chefs, including Chef Lou Lambert, will be presiding over the pit), specialty food pairings, fine wines, cocktails, craft beer and of course, whiskey! Plus there will be an auction and entertainment by Legacy 4!

 

Local Celebrity Chefs are as follows:

Andrew Dilda, formerly of Clay Pigeon

Sarah Hooton of Central Market Fort Worth and Hot Box Biscuit Club

Mike Micallef of Reata

Stefon Rishel of Texas Blue Steakhouse

JR Clark of Central Market Fort Worth will be curating the wine.
