Overview:

Casa Mañana Theatre has produced professional Broadway and Children’s Theatre in Fort Worth for over 65 years. As a performing arts organization, Casa Mañana strives to create, nurture, and advance live theatre unparalleled in artistic excellence for the enrichment and education of our diverse community and its future generations of artists and patrons. Casa Mañana’s Reid Cabaret Theatre opened in 2018 as a continuation of that mission, and audiences immediately responded to the intimate setting, tableside food and drink service, and cabaret-style productions. In late 2023, The Reid Cabaret Lounge officially opened, an expansion of the space that includes a full bar and lounge area, catering kitchen, and private entrance.

Additionally, the Casa Mañana School for Musical Theatre provides North Texas students ages 4-18 access to exceptional theatre arts training. Classes, summer camps, the Apprentice Program, and the Betty Lynn Buckley Awards (a Tony Award-style ceremony recognizing local high school theatre) allow young performers to gain experience working with industry professionals and develop lifelong skills.

Casa Mañana’s Broadway, Children’s Theatre, and Reid Cabaret Theatre productions are seen by over 140,000 people annually. Over 100,000 school children attend Children’s Theatre productions each year on field trips, and over 40 local high schools participate in the annual Buckley Awards.
