Teresa Tysinger

Teresa Tysinger is an author and communications professional who has called Fort Worth home for over a decade. Her professional career spans two decades helping non-profit organizations share their missions with the community. 

Teresa writes sweet romance novels that offer readers relatable characters, charming Southern settings, and happy endings. Many of her books have been bestsellers in several Amazon categories and earned accolades from reviewers. Published by Good Day Publishing, a private imprint Teresa also owns and operates, these books represent her longtime passion for reading and storytelling.

Professionally, Teresa works from her home in Fort Worth as the Director of Communications and Public Relations for a national higher education non-profit foundation based in Nashville, TN. Prior to that, she led communication and marketing efforts for six years at First Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth.

Teresa has found other ways to serve behind the scenes in Fort Worth. She uses her skill for effective marketing and reaching the public to serve other local non-profits, including the Slaughter Family Arts Awards, Spotlight Cast & Crew, and others.

Interested I giving back where she can, Teresa keeps busy volunteering, including with her church (Arborlawn United Methodist Church) and on the Paschal High School Theatre Boosters board.
