Kendall Riddell

As the Executive Director my number one goal is to further the mission of Project 4031. That can be done in many ways: raising funds to support our programs, raising awareness of our organization in our community, and stewarding our donor’s investments well. I like to joke that “others duties as assigned” is my favorite line in a job description because that epitomizes my day-to-day in this role. In such a small, but mighty, team we all have to roll up our sleeves to get the job done by whatever means necessary. It’s not always glamorous but knowing I’m making a huge impact on the lives of individuals going through the worst possible time makes every second of hard work worth it.
