ameriCARE Texas was created out of our experiences caring for my mom as a young stroke survivor. Our family would have benefitted greatly from the services we now provide. We have deep empathy and understanding of our clients and their families going through similar challenges. Marty, my dad and I, attend the care assessments and are able to educate, advocate, and share the incredible resources that Fort Worth has to offer. There is no better place to age than Fort Worth! Fort Worth has a community of champions dedicated to serving the senior population. There are great organizations including Meals on Wheels, Tarrant Area Gerontological Society, Area Agency on Aging, and more. Fort Worth is an Age Friendly and Dementia Friendly city with professionals educating local businesses how to better serve our senior population.
