Tina Miller is the owner of a family run artisan British Bakery called The Proper Baking Company. This family-run bakery focuses on artisan scones, donuts, tarts, pasties, sausage rolls, and more. On top of her talents, Tina is described as kind, gracious, and giving. You can find her at the Dallas Farmers Market but she is also busy taking part in multiple pop-ups all over DFW-including her Fish & Chip Pop-Up at Roble Rey Brewing.
