Meet May’s Fort Worth Woman! Kam Phillips is a beautiful, cattle ranching, social entrepreneur passionate about broadening horizons for children in ‘dream deserts’. She is the Owner and Chief Executive Dreamer for Dream Delivered, a boxed subscription service that delivers career exploration kits to the doorsteps of children ages 6-10.

As a first-generation college student who attended the University of Missouri, Kam wanted to leverage her past experiences and resources to provide hands-on experiential learning to children in a way that ignites a pathway for them to experience limitless potential. Kam first began with her creation of the Dream Outside the Box (DOTB) program, a non-profit organization that sends college students to “dream deserts” to expose children to more technical career pathways. She has since expanded to eleven college chapters nationwide. The weekly encouragement provided by these college students to children who initially solely aspired to become rappers and football players, then exposes them to a whole new world of possibilities in careers such as engineering, journalism, forensics, agriculture, etc.
