Maggie Estes

Communications

As director of communications and digital content, Maggie Estes strategically plans and oversees branding, press relations, publications, digital content (including social media, video, website), and all other communications and international promotional efforts for the Cliburn and its programs. She also manages production for Cliburn Live, which webcasts over 250 performances live over a four-year cycle, including the large-scale media projects of the Cliburn Competitions. A Fort Worth native, Ms. Estes has 15 years of experience in non-profit and arts marketing and public relations in the North Texas area, having served as Cliburn director of marketing and public relations since April 2010 and having previously held positions at Bass Performance Hall and the University of Texas at Arlington. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin’s Plan II liberal arts honors program.
