BALCOM AGENCY PROMOTES LYNNE SWIHART TO DIRECTOR OF AGENCY OPERATIONS AND PRODUCTION

Lynne Swihart has been promoted to director of agency operations and production at Balcom Agency, with new responsibilities overseeing the recruiting and onboarding of agency talent as well as continuing to manage production resources for client projects.

Swihart has served nearly every client since joining the agency in 2006. As a member of the recruitment team, she has played a key role in the hiring of talent and the development of Balcom’s unique culture, as well as the management of agency partnerships, a responsibility she will officially spearhead.

“Anyone who has ever worked with Lynne knows she’s the type of person who gets things done – and with style,” said Steve Cantrell, Balcom’s director of client services and media specialist. “Our clients know her as an expert in production; agency partners know her as a friendly face who goes the distance for our clients; and colleagues know and love her as someone to depend on to make great things happen. We’re excited to see her take on this new leadership role at the agency.”

Beyond her official title, Swihart will maintain her secondary moniker, “Poof. Done. Effortless.” The name is an ode to Swihart’s gift for bringing complex marketing concepts to life through her production savvy and solving every challenge that comes her way – while making it all look easy.
