Promoting peace through physical, emotional, and spiritual support for terminally ill children and adults and their families.

Overview:

Project 4031 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers no-cost services to terminally ill children and adults to strengthen their end of life stories. We provide assistance by helping struggling families meet basic needs through financial support, fulfilling last dreams, and providing medical equipment to international outreach projects. Our goal is to provide a better quality of life and allow someone to end life well.

Our story began with a heart and vision to strengthen the end of life journey for terminally ill children and adults and their families. Across the United States and around the world, many people do not experience their end of life story to the fullest. It is our goal to make this journey gratifying and as comfortable as possible through our three services areas: Funding for Families, Fulfilling Dreams, and Fueling International Outreach. We believe this is not our work, but the work of the One above. Project 4031 is committed to being a good steward of the resources given and fervently serve the needs of terminally ill children and adults.

Our mission at Project 4031 is to promote peace through physical, emotional, and spiritual support for terminally ill children and adults and their families. We strive to make the difference in the lives of those we serve when it counts the most. Project 4031 is located in Fort Worth, Texas and primarily serves those living in Texas, with a concentration in the DFW area.
